I was in search of a new residential oil company. I called Ciardelli Fuel Company. They were kind, professional, and reasonably priced. They delivered the oil in a timely manner. Would highly recommend them!
I want to say that Ciardelli Fuel Company went above and beyond for our family! We are new to the area, and after talking with Ciardelli, we knew they were the right choice. They helped us navigate issues that other companies could not. Sarah from the Milford office was especially helpful. She was ALWAYS there to answer my questions. Our propane was running low, and dealing with another company had become a headache. She relieved the stress. Also, Pat, the service technician who came, was amazing! He explained everything and made us feel at ease. So far, a wonderful company that cares about its customers.
