Cheshire Medical Center - Ophthalmology, Optical Shop & Audiology

Every step of the way, my visit to this Opthalmology clinic was a perfect health care experience. I called in the morning with an eye emergency, a tech quickly called me back to triage, and an appointment was set for that afternoon. I was seen on time (no waiting!), and the tech was very efficient and pleasant. Dr. Jaeger arrived the minute the tech finished the initial intake, and I wish all doctors were as gifted as he is at explaining what a patient needs to know in an encouraging, calm, friendly, and respectful way. I was ready to put forth my debate club skills when I realized both pairs of my new glasses were not what I ordered (someone mixed up which pair should get transition lenses- essentially upgrading my spare pair). Meg saved the day by having the correct lenses made for my primary glasses at no cost and I got to keep the other "upgraded" lenses without charge as well. Meg did what made sense: corrected a mistake without charging me. Thank you, Meg.

Dr. Jaeger examined my husband and he was quick, pleasant and helpful. The receptionist was nice as well even though we had to do some preliminary paperwork that was supposed to be done before. Would recommend.
