Last fall, I began experiencing numbness in one of my hands which gradually worsened and led to me seek out acupuncture. As a massage therapist, I was extremely worried that I might eventually be unable to work, require surgery, lose months of income, etc. I began seeing Allison in December for an intensive period of treatment, hoping to avoid a surgical option. After several weeks of uncertainty whether treatment would resolve my issue, periods of "two steps up, one step back", good days and bad days, where I wasn't sure if I was healing, I finally began to feel lasting change taking place. Now, in my fourth month of acupuncture, I only need one treatment every few weeks to maintain the improvement. I feel almost entirely healed. Words can't express my amazement, relief, and gratitude! Allison has been such a steady, quietly confident, encouraging, genuine, professional and skillful presence throughout this challenging time. I had an opportunity to work with Tracy as well, and found her so gentle, kind, enthusiastic, and generous with her knowledge; helping me understand what she was doing, why, etc. I can't recommend these practitioners highly enough.
