It would be awesome if you could understand more than 3 words out of 10 on their phone support. Why the hell do health care companies put people with such heavy accents on the phones is absolutely rediculous. Just goes to show they care about the dollar more than the patient
This is truly a superb company. On the recommendation from one of their current customers, I went to the local office and got the perfect, in person, product overview which I needed. I got them my information and prescription the next day and a few days later I had the whole Sleep Apnea kit in my hands, fully covered by Medicare (including future replacement supplies) . Then I had a brief intro session where their specialist gave me a precise set of instructions and tips so I could get started. I happily give them a top recommendation!
I received all of my cpap equipment and plenty of instructions on how to get started. After a few nights I realized that the nasal mask wouldn't work for me and I needed a full face mask. I called and talked to them and they immediately said that they would send me a new mask and they did and I got it a few days later and it works great. Good company to deal with.
