Service was delivered as explained no disappointments or surprises. Great communication between the customer the office and their installers. Price was more than reasonable. Very pleased with this company and would definitely recommend from my experience with them. I had two chimney caps installed after numerous visits and failed attempts with other companies.

We used this company for an issue with our Lenox gas fireplace, turns on but would shut down shortly after. The technician was knowledgeable and very informative. The working components needed cleaning which apparently can occur due to moisture or dirt and of course time (10 years old). The owner is a Veteran and gave us a discount due to my husband being a veteran. We would definitely use Veterans Chimney again.

I had Veteran Chimney clean out my two flues, one for a fireplace insert and one for a wood stove. Nick did a great job, but took some pictures/videos that showed significant problems with the flue for the wood stove. When it was originally installed by a different company, they were unable to install a liner for some reason, likely leading to the problems that Nick discovered and showed me in the pictures. I asked him to ask his boss (Mike) to please come out asap, as it was deemed unsafe to use the wood stove, even though I know this is their busiest time of the year.
