Absolutely terrible experience at this shop. The staff was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and downright disgusting in their behavior. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service is not a priority here. Instead of being treated with basic courtesy, I was met with rudeness and a total lack of professionalism.
It’s beyond me why people continue to recommend this place—it’s absolutely appalling. If you value good customer service, respect, and a clean, professional environment, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. This place is a joke.

The worst experiences I have ever had in the service industry. My niece and I hoped for a wonderful day of a bonding experience for her tattoo to be fixed and the tattoo artist did a great job artistically and price wise. However, the two tattoo artists had a whole lot of anger issues. They were belittling and insulting. My niece and I were baffled how two grown men could behave so unprofessionally in the service industry. At one point I wanted to get up and leave but my niece was still being done. I contacted the owner and got no response. A simple apology would have been fine, but clearly customer service isn’t a priority. DO NOT GO HERE

My husband waited half an hour on Monday just to talk to someone. They said Amanda would call my husband back. Never received a call. 3 days later called again and the man that answered was very gruff. Said who do you want the appointment with? My husband said I'm a new customer. Guy on the phone said you have to come in and talk to someone. My husband said I was there but nobody called me back. I don't know about this place but if I own my own business I would take any money that I could. It was not a big tattoo but if they had done a good job if he had got in there maybe he would have got a big tattoo.. wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Steve has done all of my work for the most part, he is an amazing artist & a great person. Everyone who works there is super kind & talented. I highly recommend them to everyone who asks, lol they really are the best. I have never left disappointed, I’ve had my work for years and it has stayed in perfect condition. It’s always exactly what I want or more ?? so thankful!!
