“After 40 years of dealing with one contractor, I had to find a different company to deal with. ( My guy retired) I met with Stu and went over my thoughts and plans for a roof "reconfiguration" and he and his crew delivered as promised. As for any final concerns that I had, those were handled and resolved in a way that's best described as an "old school" way of doing business. All of the crew were great to deal with and I'm completely satisfied. Also his wife Lori is great too and you know she is more than capable of getting things done on her end. “I'll absolutely be calling Zak Construction for all the future work that I'll need at my home.

I had an older portion of my deck which needed to be replaced; at the same time, we wanted to add a bit of privacy to it & to install a couple storm doors. After taking a stab at it (and realizing I'd rather have a professional finish the job), I stumbled across Zak Construction and decided to get a quote. Tim came by to take a look and determine what I was envisioning, and the quote he gave me was perfectly reasonable.

The crew started soon after, mid December. James and everyone else I interacted with were friendly, hard working, and dedicated to getting the job done right in a cost effective manner, regardless of the cold and snow.
