Anthony and Jolie did an awesome job and were very professional. I would have no issues using Serve Pro again to mitigate a water leak issue. Hopefully I will never need to call them again.
I had raw sewage back up into my cellar onto the dirt floor. It was later discovered that the outside sewage pipe had broken and it became quite an ordeal.
I immediately contacted Servpro and spoke with Tim Dow, Operations Manager. Either he or Dave would explained the process for clean up and always contacted me when the team would arrive. There were six people who worked diligently to clean my cellar: Anthony, Kristen, Ken, John, Jolie, and Jose. They worked tirelessly while being respectful of me and my home. After dealing with the flooding this May, my sewer backed up into my cellar - several inches of sewage. The crew came out and cleaned out the contaminants.
I am also a recovering hoarder. Ava was so sweet in helping me let the things go that were not safe to keep. It was an especially traumatic experience. Ava was so kind and supportive. The crew also made me feel good about letting things go instead of keeping things that weren't even safe anymore!
