My family had a wonderful experience with NINH. The process to be evaluated was straight forward, and they were able to begin therapy for my child much sooner than other places local to me who had an eight month waitlist.
Every week, two therapists worked closely with my child and always kept me up-to-date on how she was doing and had suggestions/strategies for the upcoming week. The therapists collaborated and were amazing at redirecting my child as needed. My child recently graduated from both therapies and was sad to no longer attend. Her therapists were amazingly friendly and even presented her a gift for her graduation that was related to her special interest.

I’ve had nothing but great luck here. It took a few months for the phone intake - as expected though. My son actually had his evaluation 6 months earlier due to a cancellation and honestly probably pure luck. The lady at the front desk - Rosie, is super nice and made scheduling / voicing any concerns very easy to do. Jenna English was great at making sure all paperwork was received, and communicating thoroughly with all parties which makes it easier on all ends. I truly felt that her part in this evaluation played a huge role. My son had the pleasure of testing with Rebecca, and had no issues. He actually enjoyed her presence.
