As soon as I walk in, the stress starts to roll from my shoulders. The greeting, from whomever may be at the front desk, invites me in and let s me know this will be the best hour of my day. The class leads me into a space that I had lost knowing how much I needed. And leaving the session embraces me in the hug of many nameless people all striving and welcoming a common space.
I have been attending classes and workshops for about 7 months now. I was a rote beginner at the time, but I felt so welcome, and the instruction in classes is geared toward all levels. Would and absolutely do recommend this studio, whether you're a beginner or seasoned practitioner.
