“Gate City has done a lot of great work for my neighborhood and my family over the years. I want to take this opportunity to thank the owner, Kevin, personally. Today I was out to run errands and popped a tire. I pulled off to a side street to start changing my tire. About ten minutes or so later, a Gate City truck came up and pulled over, and Kevin helped me change the tire. There’s not often not enough kindness in the world today. He didn’t have to help me at all, but he took the time out of his day to lend a hand to a stranger. I greatly appreciate the help you provided, it got me back on the road a lot quicker and more confidently than if I had done it entirely by myself. Thank you, sir.”
