I contacted Gate City Tree Services a few weeks ago to remove a tree growing between a fence and my garage. They came out and took care of it.
There was a minor miscommunication on the scope of work. this was on me. they responded quickly and took care of the minor.

I reached out to Gate City Tree Service on June 2nd for a large red pine tree removal in my backyard. They had an arborist out for a quote on June 11th and, to my surprise, completed the entire job just four days later on June 15th (even though they mentioned it could take up to three weeks).
The crew was professional, efficient, and extremely careful — they handled the tall tree flawlessly with no damage to the fence or pergola. My baby was napping inside and didn't even wake up! They even ground the stump as discussed, and everything was cleaned up perfectly. They stuck right to the estimate.
