From Perfectionist Painting
It’s simple, really. Every job I receive, I have one goal in mind. To make the homeowners I am working for grateful that they chose me to paint their home. Early in my career, I figured that if I did this, eventually the word would spread, and that would be the only form of marketing I’d need. This approach also allows me to feel a sense of accomplishment and joy. We all need to make money and earn a living. But in the midst of summertime, at the end of a long day, upon undertaking a new Challenge, climbing a higher ladder, etc… These things require more motivation than money can provide. Standing back and seeing the work I’ve done and smiles on my customer’s faces. Those are the things that drive me to give everything I have to each job.
