There's so much to say about Neil, his staff, their commitment, professionalism, care and their mastery of Uechi Ryu. I studied under Neil at another dojo 15 years ago, and when I searched for a dojo for my son, I found out Neil had opened up near us--I jumped at the opportunity. My son has sensory issues and he has grown self control, confidence and most importantly, a community that cares. He's excited to be part of NSKA and to practice and master Uechi Ryu. Without reservation, it's the best around.
Our youngest son has being karate at NSKA and absolutely loves it. The entire team their is amazing in everything thing that they do. From politely greeting every single person that walks through the door by name to the creative activities that they involve the entire family. During the COVID-19 disaster, they have been holding remote classes online which is still very engaging. We are very happy that we made the decision to enroll our son there!
