I am a new Manufactured Home owner and I had a situation which I didn’t know what to do,so I went to Fineline Homes and Dean was there,he was very knowledgeable,Polite and understanding of my needs,he went out of his way to help me with my problem , I appreciated everything that he did for me and hopefully he will be awarded with new clientele

My wife and I are living in our dream home. Dean and Al helped make that happen and we couldn't be more happy with that experience. Al and Dean walked us through the whole thing from planning and designing, through setting and moving in. We had a modular built by Pennwest......a company they recommended. We are very happy with our new home. My wife and I made many design changes so there were some issues, as there always are when having any home built. Dean made sure that they were taken care of. Communication with him was timely. The few issues that needed correcting were either handled by the set crew or, if we hired someone, the contractor was paid by Fine Line... read full review

You cannot buy a better manufactured home anywhere in the north east, with more thought and concideration for a New England climate. Don't buy cheap. Get a home without an expiration date!!! Talk to Dean or Al. You won't regret it.
