Back when I heated with oil I was lucky to have found All Ways. They replaced my heating system at a great price and we're quick and professional. Has a couple issues some time after the install and Patrick was great in helping me diagnose and repair over the phone. I wish he did pellet stove work now as that's how I heat... Would call him in an instant.

Patrick responded to a no heat call during the busiest time I could think , he arrived on time like he said he would . I had no heat and was thinking the worst . It was only the thermostat batteries , He only charged a normal hours service charge when he arrived after hours . I did call during normal hours so he said he would honor that rate. I recommend his company to all of my friends. Renee D

We have been working with Patrick since about 2007-2008. We feel very lucky to have found such a courteous and caring heating and plumbing contractor. His workmanship quality is top notch and his customer service is excellent. I see the other post mentioning not getting a call back. I can say that Patrick does not like to turn anyone away, especially in an emergency. You will not the review came at the beginning of the winter season, which I know from my experience with Patrick to be very busy.
