We purchased 2 wall mount toilets from Gilbertes in 2020. We were in interested in purchasing Toto toilets however we were presented with a Catalano that was a close out. We were told that is was a very good deal and a good quality toilet. Based upon Gilbertes recommendation, we purchased the Catalano close out. We have had no issues with the quality of the Catalano however, the toilet seat broke a year ago and we have been trying to get it replaced through Gilbertes for one year now. I just want to say this store and the whole family behind it is a class act. If you want to have a project done right and done professionally, go here – it is worth every penny and the true definition of customer service. Aharon designed our home for us 15 years ago ... He was creative, open-minded, a true problem solver, he was patient when we couldn't make up our minds and most of all he had fun doing it.
