I have struggled with TMJ for years. I have seen an orthodontist, a dentist, primary care doctor, jaw specialist, and a chiropractor for help with no success. I had been told that Botox injections might help but was reluctant to try it. I had chronic headaches, pain behind my eye, ear pain, and a very loud locking and clicking jaw. I finally gave in and decided Botox was worth trying. My right side was much worse than the left, but the process includes injections on both sides. Today was my first visit to Complexions Med Spa for a basic facial and Botox. The staff is friendly and welcomes you when you walk in the door. The office is well decorated, inviting and very comfortable. Both services were delivered with the highest degree of professionalism. I especially appreciate that no one tried to upsell me to buy their products or add on additional services. I have already scheduled a second service and plan to continue to receive my skincare here. Highly recommend.

Complexions in a beautiful spa with friendly and helpful staff. I felt comfortable and welcome the minute I walked through the doors. The medical director and esthetician are professional, knowledgeable, and gifted in their fields. I would highly recommend Complexions to anyone looking for the perfect med spa for all your skincare needs and beyond.
