When the disk drive on my old Windows 10 desktop crashed last week, at first I panicked. I feared that key data files would be lost. Then I called Brian. He came right over, and was able to rescue the data from my old drive. Whew! Then he built me a great Win 11 desktop and installed it within a week. Now I am up and running again. I even have a nice external drive onto which I will faithfully copy my key data! Crisis over, thanks to Brian.

I had a miserable problem with my computer. It had to have the operating system reinstalled due to a software or virus issue. And once the reinstallation occurred, I still had a problem with bringing in my backups from Microsoft One Drive - most importantly, my emails. I had Dell, Microsoft, and the Geek Squad (3 different visits) try to fix this problem, with no success. I found Brian through his website and, in the period of 2 hours, he fixed the problem with my computer. I must admit that I was nervous as I watched him probe around, making changes and trying to explain to me what he was doing. Brian was great! He responded quickly to my printer set up and email issues (came to my home). As well, he recommended and loaded a number of programs that will be useful for me. He is VERY knowledgeable and quick. I highly recommend him.
