I booked Alanna for a color appointment and initially it didn’t turn out how I wanted. I let Alanna know and she got me back in right away to fix it. The result is fabulous and just what I was looking for. Alanna did a great job and I appreciated that she explained her process and answered all my questions thoroughly. Very professional and friendly. Bonus that she is great with natural curly hair and I left with beautiful, refreshed bouncy curls.
Alanna is an angel of a woman. She knows what she's doing especially when it comes to curls. She was able to help me find the right products and taught my how to manage my hair. I was stunned that with her help my hairs natural curls went from frizzy and chaotic to smooth and defined. My hair had way more curl potential than I ever thought possible. She also explained the science behind my hair and really helped me understand. She was extremely affordable and didn't try to push towards buying the expensive products, she had options available for cheaper versions.
