I recently had a no-heat situation due to my wood stove being the only practical forms of heat production in the house. Even though they were booked up for weeks they managed to squeeze me in during non-emergency hours.Technicians showed up promptly at designated time and got right to work. Both Kris and his assistant were very helpful and professional throughout the entire service call. They explained what they were doing each step of the way and dumbed it down to lay-mans speak when necessary.Inspection was thorough and included a brief cleaning.
