They clearly explained the construction process and worked with customers on design to be attractive, functional, and cost effective. They built a deck that was strong and professionally finished. Work was completed neatly and on time. The job site was kept clean, and communication was smooth throughout. The final results exceeded expectations. The space looked amazing and was completed on time and on budget. Spofford Construction is highly recommended for reliable and professional construction services.
We had a fantastic experience working with Spofford Construction LLC for our recent home repairs and a new exterior platform staircase. What we appreciated most was their honesty—they proactively informed us of other areas of the house that needed attention but kept the additional pricing incredibly fair. The new exterior staircase looks stunning and is built like a tank. Their communication was flawless, their craftsmanship was top-tier, and they proved to be completely trustworthy. We will definitely use them again!
Richard was a big help and understood what was needed and was neat, responsive, finished the job as to what he outlined in the estimate.
In a time when it seems no one wants to answer your call, text, or e-mail about work...nice to know someone wants to work and sets up an appointment asap!!! in between jobs no less...
