I suddenly lost my hot water heater and boiler and called 3 companies for quotes to replace it. Dana Joy and his team were the obvious choice for me. My phone calls were answered by real people with empathy for my urgency and quick response to get me back in working order. I got a quote the same day and installation the following day. Excellent customer service right from my initial call to schedule a PM on my boiler. The woman who answered the phone was very upbeat, pleasant and knowledgeable.
She made scheduling a breeze and made me laugh. Very funny woman. The tech arrived on time, was polite, knew his job, communicated keeping me looped. In, and did the PM making sure he kept the work area clean. He was proficient, thorough, and organized.
