I spent a very worthwhile hour at Mayo Family Eye Care today. My first visit. The staff is friendly and efficient. The equipment for examining eyes is state of the art. I learned a lot about my eye health Thankfully, it’s pretty good for an older adult whose mother has a serious case of macular degeneration. The practice accepts Medicare and my supplementary insurance. Cost for the visit was low. I haven’t shopped the frames; didn’t have time today but plan to return ASAP to take care of that. I learned about the practice from ChatGPT by simply asking for a close reputable optometrist.
This is by far the best optometrist office I’ve ever been to. Sabrina is always professional, friendly, and very informative; I especially appreciate her ability to articulate the intricacies of the eye in layman's terms.
I've worked with Bryan when I needed glasses (hurray for lasik now). He truly listened to my needs and nailed my requests. Additionally, Bradley is usually the technician I work with, and I can’t say enough good things about him. The entire team is fantastic.
My 1st annual eye exam with Dr Mayo was by far the most comprehensive exam I have ever had. Extensive and complete, and this is the first time in the past 4 decades that when I tried my new progressive eyewear that it was right the first time.
The staff is outstanding and very responsive to any of my concerns, that filled me with confidence that I was at the right place
