I was one of the people that wrote a bad review of this place. At the request of a friend I tried them again. He said they may have been having an off day. He was right and I was wrong to judge them so quickly. He was right.....again.
I was driving by today and figured I would give them a try. The greeting area is pretty large and welcoming. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. She was very polite and took me to the desk to look at the menu. There lobby area is very clean as well. I was shown to a room and got ready. I have gone here several times, the place is clean and well kept, I agree sometimes communication is a challenge but the women are very polite and always address your concerns, give the place a try!
Went to get a body massage on new year day. The lady who helped me was great! (Forgot to ask her name) She was able to relax my tense muscles without hurting me and remain a gentle intensity throughout the whole massage session. I wish i live around here. Would definitely come back.
