I had a great experience here. I love my new hair cut and have gotten a lot of compliments on it. Slate Salon was cozy and made me feel really comfortable. Cutting curly hair can be challenging but she did an awesome job!
Kathrine always does a great job cutting and styling my daughter's natural curly hair and has experience with special needs children and teenagers. Small place with plenty of parking. You may want to call ahead and reserve a time since she has only two seats available. Gift cards available. Surprised the place is still there after being flooded twice in five years by the Lamprey river.
If you want to be treated like you are the most important customer and friend, this is the place for you. Beautiful haircuts, consistent and dependable. I had the best hair coloring I've ever had. Big city style at small town prices.
