Well pump died of course close to a holiday which is always nice. Guys came out in 20 min of making call. They were friendly and focused on getting a pump back in working condition in a little over an hour. Really impressed and would definitely recommend. Also, a very fair price for labor, emergency and parts which I appreciated.

Epping Well and Pump arrived earlier than discussed the next morning after we called. Very professional, not only fixed our problem but got a needed education to boot. I will certainly recommend them to anybody needing help with their water problems. It did not matter if the problem was a small one, they were there.

I wanted a new well pump because at 22 years old, I wanted to replace it before it suddenly stopped. The crew arrived as scheduled at 11 this morning. We discussed the symptoms and the plumbing. All the work was done by 3pm. And they left the location cleaner than it was when they arrived. I would absolutely recommend Epping Well & Pump. Thank you D, D and R!
