Sam is awesome. Had an explosion with my gas stove top and she took time on the phone - on a Friday evening - to explain what might be going on and reassured me greatly that it's not an uncommon situation. I appreciated her diligence and time spent to talk me through this situation!

Had them come out a few months ago to service my refrigerator which was leaking, he threw some duct tape and putty on a plastic tray and said good luck. $375 and somehow he made it worse. Left a message at the office and never heard back…. Your records are incorrect I called you on July 30th.

Our Bosch dishwasher wasn’t working correctly and needed service. Based on a neighbor’s suggestion I called Lew’s. We were scheduled for a tech visit in less than a week, which was far sooner than the three weeks Bosch could do. Kevin arrived on time and was able to replace the pump quickly. He also found, after double checking the operation of the dishwasher, that there was a blockage in the drain hose which was also causing issues with the appliance. He cleared that and the dishwasher is working fine again. The thing that impressed me was that Kevin took the extra time to make sure all was well. By doing that, he saved me another service call and added frustration. The drain hose would have been an easy thing to overlook I think, but he got it. Thanks Kevin!! I’ll be a repeat customer.

I have called them several times in the past few years - and just last month. This time our part was delayed coming in, but they stayed in touch and when it arrived, came in the evening to install. They are responsive, professional and friendly. Highly recommended!

Lew's Appliance are the best in the area! I called them after hours, and they returned my call first thing the next morning and got someone out here that day!
Kevin was the technician that helped me out with my dryer issue, and he was amazing! Help me understand the issue, how to resolve it in the future and cleaned out my dryer vent. Highly recommend them to anyone in the area!
