Visited Sweat and Soul Derry for a morning Hot Power Flow class and was blown away by Maggie! Her flow was well thought out and exactly the challenge I was looking for. The studio is always clean, fresh, and vibes are immaculate. Always look forward to joining classes here and can't wait for my next time in the studio.
Visited Hot Asana - Hampstead last night for Yin Yoga with Tiffany. The room was warm and the vibes even warmer. The class was just what I needed to ease my way back into yoga after being MIA for close to a year. I am hoping to take another class with Tiffany soon!
Visiting from Brooklyn and have to say, Hot Asana exceeded all expectations.
Took multiple classes while I was in town and each time; the instructor vibes were 👌 🔥 and the class itself, fantastic. I’m a regular practitioner and the routine was structured so that more experienced folks could still feel challenged, while still being accessible to those who may be at the beginning of their yoga journey.
