The person cutting my wife's hair cut their ear TWICE, tried to pretend that they hadn't. And also misgendered and talked down to them the entire time. Will never go again. Stay away.

I requested Josephine based on reviews and she was awesome . Great haircut and she was very personable . I was also wayyyy overdue for a haircut and she still took her time and was attentive.

Place has gone downhill since they first came to New England. Been going to them since and will no longer go. The online check in is a sham, check in with 20 mins just to get to the store and it’s an hour. What’s the point of checking in when you just keep letting walk ins go before you. Terrible time management, and if I wanted to listen to r&b music I would go to a salon not a sports clips. Back to the barber shop I go where I put in a time it’s actually honored
