Above & Beyond, THE BEST Professional I’ve ever found!! From the moment you walk in you feel you are in the right Hands. I was an absolute mess! Distressed. In a lot of Pain from my Career. In Maine on Vacation & because of Maggie, I will actually be able to relax & enjoy the Maine Sunshine!! She immediately identified the problems (& were not even close to what I thought, where the pain was) & went to work. Now, it’s worth mentioning here- I do Nothing in life that hurts ?. Maggie's energy and love for yoga is contagious. My favorite part of bein in her classes is her attention to each individual. I have back issues and a knee replacement. Maggie always keeps everyone's unique challenges on her mind as she does her class. She makes accommodations so that everyone can participate in a way that does not harm them and still stretches their skillset.

It was long rainy weekend in Wells and super excited when I was able to have massage with Maggie on Holiday weekend . This was my first experience meeting with her and letting her know my problem areas . She shared stretch techniques while giving massage. Highly recommend her and cannot wait for next appointment.
