We all try to find the best when we are looking for help, right? The best dentist, the best home builder, the best employees, etc. When you come across the Broadview Animal Hospital, the search is over. They are hands down the absolute best place to bring your beloved fur kids. I have had so many pets over the course of my lifetime and have truly never experienced this level of care for them.
Dr. Chapin has done check-ups and what I would consider some serious surgeries on my pets. He has essentially saved them each and every time so that we can all spend more time together. I am not sure how or what I did in life to be so blessed to have found Dr. Chapin and his staff. His expertise in the surgical area of veterinary care is nothing short of amazing much like the thoughtfulness that he shows the animals in his care.

I honestly can't say enough nice things about Broadview! I have 4 French Bulldogs and two of them have been going here for 4 years. I travel 40 minutes here for their vet appointments because I am so happy with them. The place is very clean, and everyone is so friendly.

I use their reproductive services. Top notch! Dr Kelleher and the team just recently had to do an emergency c-section. The level of care is above and beyond!

Though I don't love the extra costs associated with weekend appointments, I appreciated being able to be seen on a Saturday. Dr. Gajewski was amazing, with both me and Chloe. She took the time to explain her recommendations and rationale for each test, and never pushed any particular services unnecessarily. With the current economy and how tight money is for most people, it was extremely comforting to have that consideration extended when making decisions. Please let her know how much we appreciated her time and kindness - and I believe she got it right because Chloe has been doing much better.

Dr. Chapin is wonderful. He managed my dog's surgery and met with us before and after to make sure we had all of the information we needed to make our decisions. We originally went to your clinic in an emergency but we appreciated our experience so much that we switched over permanently. The thoughtful care and communication from our vet was appreciated and we can always get seen in a timely manner.

Our dog was seen for a problem with diarrhea. The doctors handled her with care. They advised a bland diet and prescribed two medications with detailed instructions. They asked lots of questions and listened to what my husband and I had to say. We are very satisfied with the Broadview Animal Hospital in Dover.

Lately it’s been incredibly difficult to even get a call back. But the two stars is really for my last wellness check. The vet didn’t even complete it in the exam room; she stated she did it when the vet tech took my cat to the back to trim her nails. I didn’t even get to ask questions or see her perform the wellness check and I had concerns that I didn’t feel were taken seriously or discussed with me present while my cat was being examined.

The techs were very attentive, the doctor took the time to go over a lot of information and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. This was a tough appointment for me. Kevin (my dog) is a very recent rescue with known vision problems and anxiety, everybody that came in contact with us was wonderful to work with. Everybody was attentive and thorough.

The professionalism, compassion, and genuine concern shown by everyone in your office truly make a difference. It is very reassuring to know that my Lola is receiving such thoughtful and knowledgeable care.
