I’ve been dealing with persistent lower back pain for quite some time, and this is one of the best massage therapy experiences I’ve had consistently. Rae is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to understand exactly what your body needs. Rather than following a generic routine, she is highly intuitive and able to identify problem areas and underlying sources of tension.
She explained what was causing my discomfort and tailored the treatment specifically to address those issues. I left feeling significant relief in my back and with a much better understanding of how to manage my pain moving forward.

I have been coming to Vada Wellness for well over a year. I love all the therapists (have had treatments with many) and it is always therapeutic and very relaxing. I only wish I could go more often. I've gone to many establishments and this is the one I chose to come too. They are all very nice and provide a wonderful service.
I had a fantastic experience last week at Vada Wellness. I had a facial with a neck, shoulder, and upper back massage. Overall, it was the best facial and massage I've ever had. My neck has been bothering me for months and I really needed a massage therapist to get in and break up the knots in my neck and shoulders. She was unbelievable, very skilled in massage. I highly recommend!
