My experience with Jeremy was outstanding. I didn’t detect any bs regarding the best solution to replacing our 38 year old system before the heating season. I wasn’t disappointed in the results. On installation day (Wednesday 15 October) Ben and Kaleb showed up on time and completed removal of our existing system and installed the new unit all within 5-1/2 hours. I was very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail.
I have contacted Daigle three times and been very satisfied with their response time. It's quick and easy to contact them either by phone or online. They couldn't help me with one of my problems but immediately put me in touch with a suitable contact. The last time I needed service was for burst pipes. Mike was very knowledgeable in explaining how he could make it very easy for me to be able to handle things myself come winter. The work will be done soon and I am confident that the right company was chosen to handle the job.
I called for an issue with my air conditioning system . Didn't know if the system had an issue or the new thermostat was the problem
Technician Ben ran the entire system through multiple checks snd got it working perfectly.
