First time having surgery. Dr Dion. And his staff. Top notch. Explained everything in details easy to understand. Procedure went well. Recovery time wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be. 1 year has passed since the operation. Going strong. Extremely satisfied. Highly recommend.
Arrived a few minutes early. Was taken in right away. No wait for Dr. Ma. He's very personable and straight to the point.
Staff is very nice. I've been there a few times now and never had a bad experience.
The front desk person needs more help than just her. She is very nice but there is too much activity going on. It took too long to check in. Other than that everything else was great! Doc was professional and charming.
