Their technician Nik came to look at my Baxi Boiler. He got it running to get us out of trouble. At this time we decided to ask him about something that was energy efficient and dependable. Nik was very knowledgeable about the products that they sell, told me what we should have and what we could do to improve our system. We decided to go with a Viessmann Vitodens 100W, 40gal indirect hot water tank, new Taco circulator pumps and new zone control, new manifold, water filtration for make up water as well as water feed for hot water, and he manufactureda new copper manifold as like I requestedinsteadofblack pipe or pex.This unit is already paying for itself in savings....read full review

Since I moved here I have done a lot of updating to my plumbing and water. I used them for boiler maintenance, water filtration install, and rework the pvc plumbing. They have been super easy to work with and they respond right away. They even offered suggestions so issues don't come up again from whoever originally did the plumbing. They moved the motherboard on my boiler so it wasn't right under a valve for example. You would think common sense but one leaky valve fried the motherboard. I appreciate not just the fix but ensuring it doesn't happen again. The water filtration system works great as well to remove the iron and correcting my pvc plumbing so it's more efficient...read full review
