BCS & Sons Construction LLC
“We were introduced to Shawn Lemay of B.C.S. Construction through our neighbor, who had used him for an addition and spoke very highly of his work—and now we understand why.
Shawn did an outstanding job on our lake house project from start to finish. He was professional, reliable, and deeply involved throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to help us navigate the permitting process, which can be complicated for waterfront properties, and made sure everything was done right the first time.
He brought in top-notch subcontractors who were not only skilled and efficient but also friendly and easy to work with. Everyone on the team reflected Shawn’s high standards and professionalism.
What really stood out was his communication—Shawn was always reachable, promptly returned phone calls, and consistently kept us informed. We always felt in the loop and confident in the direction of the project.
The end result is a home we absolutely love. The craftsmanship is excellent, and the experience working with B.C.S. Construction was smooth and stress-free. We’re so glad our neighbor recommended Shawn, and we would absolutely do the same to anyone looking for a trustworthy, high-quality contractor.”
