From the start, Al was responsive and professional. He came out the very next day after I contacted him to walk through the scope of work and help with product selection. Throughout the process, Al was easy to work with, communicative, and clearly committed to quality.

On the scheduled day, his crew arrived promptly at 7 AM and got straight to work. Al and Ricky (foreman) took the time to explain the existing roof damage and what needed to be addressed before installing the new roof. As the old roof was stripped, it became clear that the previous contractor had cut corners — especially around the dormers. Ricky and the crew didn’t hesitate: they removed the siding to correct the underlying issues properly.

When the project became more complex than expected, Al and Ricky brought in Pat (carpenter), who quickly devised a new plan and executed it seamlessly. Thanks to their coordination, there was no delay in progress. Later in the day, Josh (another foreman) also stopped by to assist and ensure everything stayed on track.

The entire crew was respectful, efficient, and meticulous — both inside and outside my home. They left the yard, driveway, and surrounding areas spotless. Despite the unexpected complications, they completed the entire job in just one day, which was incredibly impressive.
