One year update: American Air's customer service remains the best! They performed my first yearly cleaning and after they left I thought the vanes weren't closing all the way--I was wrong--but less than an hour after I emailed, I had received a response and less than two hours after that a technician had arrived at my house to take a look. And this is service they are providing a year after they installed the mini split! I remain exceedingly happy and grateful for American Air's excellent customer service from those who respond to emails and phone calls, to the installers, to the fixer-technicians, thank you all very much!! I recently purchased from and had a mini split heat unit installed by American Air Systems and I can't say enough good things about the experience from the very beginning to the very end! Everyone there that I had contact with was the absolute best, John, Vicki, Robert, Tyler, Vartan and Alex. Yes, a whole crew of folks from American Air Systems helping me. They were responsive, knowledgeable, professional and absolutely superior in every way. The unit was installed a month and a half prior to the earliest estimated installation date I had been given. I wanted to get my mini splits serviced before the Summer season. I called a couple other HVAC services. I had to leave a message at one. He called back 2 days later and said he was too busy to take on new customers. I asked if he knew of anyone who could perform the service I required. I was told "everyone is in the same boat". The second place I called would only contact me via email.When I called American Air Systems an actual human answered the phone. Very pleasant and professional and I had an appointment scheduled on the spot. Two days later Scott showed up on time for the appointment. He inspected all the units.
