I went to Simplicity for the 2nd time today and was even more pleased than the first time. Everyone is friendly and the service is great. I have very thick hair so it's always been a challenge for me to find a stylist who can work with that, but Sophie did an amazing job and I will definitely book with her again. Thanks for giving me a haircut I love instead of just like or tolerate!

I had such a great experience with Desiree. She was very patient with me and stayed an hour past the end of her shift because my hair was being a bit difficult in the beginning so it set us back a bit with time but she wanted to make sure I loved my hair and I do!
