Perry Brothers Monument Co. has very kind staff, helpful and informative in a difficult time. There were so many options and they were great to point out some different things. The stone came out great, and the stone for one mother's gravesite is beautiful and exactly what was ordered. They installed it in time for the graveside service despite staff shortages. However, some customers were not happy with service. One family was not notified the stone had been set after completion, finding out only when visiting the site. Receiving an invoice by email, they had trouble paying the remainder of the balance for over a month, facing excuses like "bookkeeper isn’t in" and no online payment offered. Another customer found it unprofessional when calling to have a date engraved, being told the file could not be found and calls were not returned. The man who helped pick the stone and design it was great, but customer service afterwards was terrible.
Not happy with service…my 3 siblings and I (ages 27-38) lost both of our parents. The stone came out great however we were not notified it had been set after completion. We found out when we went to visit the site and boom there’s a stone…. Received an email with an invoice. Not even a phone call to say ‘hey we’re setting the stone on such and such date’. Been trying to pay the remainder of the balance for over a month now and it’s always an excuse.. “bookkeeper isn’t in”, “I’m not in the office so can I take your card info”, “no one is here to help, call back tomorrow around 8:30”…. The stone for my mother's gravesite is beautiful and exactly what I ordered. Perry Bros installed it in time for the graveside service despite their staff shortages and the delays we have all had to deal with these last couple of years. Very happy with their service and courtesy. Thank you!
We purchased our stones everything was great I called to have the date of mother's death engraved on the stone they say no problem but they are busy a month later I called to see what's going on I was told she would call me back never did a week later I call again she couldn't find mother's file she will call me right back never did to be treated so unprofessional two days later I called to cancel New Hampshire Monuments is now doing the engravings
