Dave has come to my house four times over the course of seven years for various toilet, water heater, and furnace needs. He is incredibly communicative, efficient, and transparent.
He replaced my water heater and the cost was significantly less than I estimated when researching what to expect.
The two separate furnace visits ended up being problems due to my lack of knowledge and not actual mechanical issues. He was courteous and thoughtful in his explanations to help me understand what was happening and how I can prevent them in the future.

David and Alex did a great job replacing our 22 year old boiler. He is a local straight talking and dealing plumber. No pressure sales approach and very responsive. We felt very pleased with doing business with an independent and local professional.
I’m so grateful that Dave and Alex were recommended to me for my plumbing issues. I had already been given 3 estimates for a new boiler that were outrageous from two different companies. After having Dave come over to assess the situation the same night I called without being charged for an emergency call was amazing! He didn’t try to over sell me or over price the job. He asked me what I wanted and told me what my options were. After allowing me to think about what I wanted to do, he followed up with me two days later.
