Thirty years sitting in front of a computer every day took a toll on my upper back and neck. I finally decided I needed to do something to relieve the constant pain and started seeing Janet at Moving On Massage Therapy in addition to a chiropractor for the skeletal issues. Two things I had zero experience with.
Janet took time to discuss and understand the issues I was experiencing and made me feel comfortable from the outset. She has been masterful at identifying the underlying issues and providing relief through massage and stretching.
