I love insight therapeutic massage. I had heather the owner who was amazing! She made my first visit to the office the best I have had anywhere! Very good quality care! She explains everything in a very professional way. She Informs you everything she is doing and explains it all in a way you can understand. Everyone in her office was very professional and kind hearted. I felt very welcome and well cared for during my visit. I will definitely be going back again! I recommend anyone looking for yoga classes or a massage to go see heather!

My experience at Insight was nothing short of amazing. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Heather has a wonderful ability to put you at ease and feel at home. I highly recommend Heather and her staff. They are highly professional without lossing that personal touch that makes you feel relaxed and calm. A wonderful experience all the way around.
