After checking out the Inner Rhythms website, I made an appointment with Chris to treat myself to a long overdue healing massage....as have been experiencing a lot of stress and pain.I was impressed with the quality and energy of my massage, especially after trying Reiki massage for the 1st time. It brought so much relief for my back and leg pain, feeling energy and heat flowing into my body. Chris is top notch in his profession for sure!I've already made my next appointment, and looking forward to many more.

The. Best. Ever. Chris is amazing! I've gone to him for years. I always leave feeling better, healthier, happier. He knows just how to help sore muscles, tight shoulders, sore neck - you name it. Knowledgable, skilled, intuitive. And he is just so positive. I feel like I get a free life coaching session just being around him. Wonderful influence and incredibly talented therapist. Great location, also, and wonderful facility and decor.
