I swear by Annika and Eyefix. I switched to this establishment for my last glasses and have returned for a second time. Annika takes time to guarantee that I leave feeling better about my choice than when left to myself. I am notoriously rough on things, but Annika always sends me out better than when I arrived. Why would I go anywhere else?

Hands down the best eyeglass repair service around! I couldn’t find anyone willing or able to fix my glasses, but Eyefix in Concord came through when nobody else could. Not only did they repair them, but they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right.
Their customer service was outstanding, the repair was completed quickly, and they truly cared about helping me. It’s rare to find a business that takes such pride in their work and treats customers so well.

I was extremely happy with the service provided. I was anxious because I hadn’t gotten my eyes checked in 3 years or more but I was met with kindness and understanding. Annika was an amazing helper and was so so so kind. She explained everything that was going on and answered my questions greatly. Will definitely be going back!!
