Last yearTony helped me purchase a new aspen hot tub that I absolutely love, I go to them for all my supplies. Recently, my teenage son managed to break our hot tub and the crew that came out to fix it from Empire was fantastic. They knew exactly what to do and fixed it right away. I really feel like everybody here is super friendly and helpful. I’ve had nothing but good experiences.

Jeff and Tony run tight ship over there. They know everything there is to know about pools and spas. They are well stocked, provide world class customer service, and they are fun people to shoot the breeze with (when the shop doesn't have a line of customers). Have been doing business with Empire Pools for many years. They replaced our 20 year old pool with a new one this year. We also purchased a new hot tub from them. For both projects the installations were on time and professionally done. Jeff, Tony and the crew really know their business. They were great answering all of our questions before we purchased, and continue to be helpful after the sale. We had a small issue with the hot tub keeping the right temperature, and Empire had a crew out there in just a couple of days and had it repaired and operating perfectly. A pool or a hot tub is a big investment and I'm glad we went with a business we can trust.
