Used this company for approx 1-1/2 years. Would not recommend at all. They promise more than they can provide.When we decided to cancel and move our account, Mike was very short, meaning it sounded like he was upset we we're leaving. He never asked why, but gave me a hassle about when our last payment was due. I tried to confirm with him over a month before the final payment was due, to make sure we were on the same page, but response. Kept trying, because I wanted to make sure he was stopping the charges on the correct date. Well, that didn't happen, he kept charging us another month. We have been with cyberspace for many years! Not only have they always been responsive, they have been fast acting with any of my requests! I know I’m not one of their larger more challenging customers, but I have never felt like I was less important then anyone else! Thanks for many great years!
