I arrived just before closing, but was greeted very pleasantly, and the intake person, Emma, graciously helped input all my check-in information. Because of the time, I was not surprised that we had a bit of a wait. When the PA, Mary, came in she was very pleasant and informative about her observations and procedures for my nose injury, right down to the numbing, stitching and giving me a few starter-supplies to take home. If coming to urgent care with a nasty gash can possibly be in any way “enjoyable”… then the people at ConvenientMD came pretty darn close. I am grateful to them.

I have to say everyone is so nice here and caring. You get taken care of in a timely manner. Everyone is so professional here. I had Scott take care of me and he was terrific. Thank you for such great customer service and care

I was greeted pleasantly and with a smile. The staff was courteous. I was seen within 1/2 hr or so on a Saturday morning. My diagnosis was pretty obvious (poison oak) but also confirmed cellulitis. Everything was explained to me before i left with 2 prescriptions
