Concord Eye Center: Ziwei Wu, OD

I had an eye infection and cellulitis and needed to be seen as soon as possible. Dr Hall was kind enough to fit me into his schedule today and I started antibiotics within an hour! This practice is definitely busy but everyone I encountered today did a tremendous job. They were there to help me and it showed. From the initial call to receiving a call back to being assessed by Alexis.....it was all done with a smile, an introduction, courtesy and professionalism. A very pleasant experience. Thank you very much!

I don’t think there’s anything that would portray how grateful I am to this office and my PRK Surgery especially considering my sight was worse than 20/600 before surgery and nearing 20/20 now just 7 days after. It has changed my entire life and all I can say is thank you so much for treating me with respect even when I was really scared of the procedure.
